In the event of a low car battery you can plug one end of this cable into a car with a good battery, the other end into the car needing the charge, and wait for the battery to come up to starting capacity. 15 ft., SPT-2, 18/2 cable. The end that goes to the dead battery has charging lights and a digital voltage meter. We don't know the effectiveness of this device, but the 15' cable and cigarette plug are worth the price.
