Very sturdy, heavy-duty plastic mounting pedestal. Adjusts to a variety of positions. 5" high, fully-extended. 1.8" x 1.68" mounting plate is on a ball swivel providing more position options. Original application is unknown but, with a little drilling or grinding, mounting plate might easily be adapted to communications, audio, video or other equipment. 2.8" diameter suction cup base adheres to any smooth, non-porous surface. A lever actuates or releases suction for secure mounting and quick release.
