1) Inside circumference is 6 inches. Expands to 10", so I could get it on, but it is uncomfortable. I took it off 40 minutes ago and my wrist is still marked. Ok for small folk. 2) contact button is riveted to SS plate in contact with your wrist; band attached to that. No resistor.

Works great, better contact
Better contact than the ones the company supplies because it is all metal. I would not wear this while working around high voltage or high current, though.
Just as with every other wrist strap I've used, no resistor. The resistor is incorporated into the wire.

Integrated Resistor?
Do these have the typical resistor integrated in them? What is the resistance from the nipple to the band?
