Classic, "old-school" metal buzzer, like one you might have seen on an old bicycle. Hinged metal enclosure with shiny chrome cover is 3.18" x 2.6" x 1.6" thick. Inside is a metal buzzer and holder for one C-cell battery. Medium loudness. Two mounting screws on back of buzzer on 1.5" centers. Battery and mounting bracket not included.

Great Replacement for Vintage Bicycles
Purchased 2 and each works fine, each sounds a different pitch...interesting! These work great on a tank style bikes, drop-in replacement for my Sears Spaceliner, except you need to rig your a new bracket. For $2 you can beep your heart out with these vintage horns.

Looks good and it is a shame it does not operate very well. Button grounds to back side of bell to complete circuit but does not always buzz. Maybe I need to adjust the tone screw to get it to kick in easier but overall a disappointment.

Great for bikes!
I just mounted this buzzer to my bike. Cars can hear me at night. It is almost loud enough to sound like a car horn. It is monotone and about ninety-eight db. Runs on one C batery not included.
