I really like it, and would recommend it.
I bought a weller for the name, but it was junk. So I bought this one, and it's been working great. I can't remember when I bought it, but it's probably been 3 years or more. I'm a hobbiest, and I don't use it every day. It's made soldering a lot more fun. I wish I could justify buying another one.

Forget Weller
I bought this from All Electronics over a year ago. It works great. What is also good is that you can buy the different tips from All Electronics too. The stand comes with the copper sponge and the base unit comes with a water sponge so you can choose what you like to wipe your tip. The soldering stand is very heavy and has holes to place your extra tips.
