CareGlow(TM) Philips # BWG755) is an advanced lighting system designed to automatically illuminate a path of soft white light when a person steps out of bed at night. A photocell senses the light level in the room -- it only operates if the room is dark. Upon detecting motion it illuminates instantly, remaining lit until no motion is detected for 5 minutes, after which it slowly fades to off. For added convenience, two CareGlow units can be connected to a single power source, enabling a larger light area or multiple light paths.
