Great, but could be much better
The kit provides 20 pieces of each length from 0.1 to 1.0 inches. These are great. However, there is nothing in the 1.1 to 2.0 inches range, which would be very useful on a breadboard. The remaining pieces are too long to be very useful. This kit would be much better if most of the long pieces were used to make more of the very small ones and to fill out the 1 - 2 inch range. I will be using wire cutters to convert of some of the long ones.

Here is another bump on the rating. I bought this kit and have to say if you use a solderless breadboard without these jumpers you must have lots of time on your hands or very simple circuits. They really make using the breadboards easy. Lots of color coded sizes help you track busses and changes in your designs. I'm buying another pack today.

How can this have only one star? I guess I'm bumping it up a little. Same amount of wire as you get from the kit sold in that ginormous catalog, but for a much lower price!
