No Pins at all Very tiny solder pads. Don't buy unless you have fine tipped low wattage soldering iron.

Pins not like picture
Pins very short, like they were flush-clipped from a PCB. Not a deal breaker, however.

I replaced the microphone in my micro cassette recorder with one of these, I can't believe the phenomenal difference in quality - it went from severely distorted and over clipped voice recordings to being able to record guitar demos. Pretty fantastic! And 50 cents! Can't beat that. I'm gonna buy about 20 of them..
