Replacements for solar garden lights and more..
I don't in general like NiCd batteries instead of NiMH for general purposes, but when you find applications such as solar lights which specify a NiCd AA 650 mah replaement, it is wise to use these, as the item has been engineered for them. subsituting NiMH cells might not work out!

A good buy for AA NiCAD's
I've bought about 100 or so of these batteries and they work great. They are 700mAh AA NiCAD batteries that can be soldered and work great for building R/C battery packs.
