PC mount/ panel mount 1/4" phone jack. Plastic body and threaded bushing provides isolation from chassis. 7/16" diameter threaded bushing mounts in panels up to 1/8" thick. Two-pole normally closed contacts. PC mount terminals can be wrapped and soldered. Includes plastic panel nut and molded washer.

Easy to convert to stereo jack
It was easy to push out the connections and make two stereo jacks from three of these mono jacks.

Great Deal
I've ordered these for a second time. Nice quality jacks and fairly rugged too for all plastic. They were meant for PCB mounting but its simple to solder loose wire to the pins.

Rust-o-rama
I liked the product (it is similar to the part used in marshall halfstacks) and it has no sound problems. However, you should not touch the pins, as they are very susceptible to rusting. This might just be more of a personal sweat problem. :)
