On the supply I received, the power supply output cable terminates in 6 color-coded wires:
Black, Green, Blue: Ground
Brown, Yellow, Red: +24 VDC
When plugged in with no loads connected, the Kill-A-Watt here measured 6 watts and 12 volt-amps at the AC mains plug.
