Okay for the price
The output voltage on the unit I bought was a bit low at 8.2 volts. The case is held together with two #9 security torx screws. There is a 10K pot for adjusting the voltage which in my case was at the limiit. I changed the 130K 0603 resistor located adjacent to the pot to a 120K to get the adjustment within range. The output is stable even under no load.
