Outdoor Power Equipment
This solenoid is an oem type for most commercial and residential mowers and other electric start equipment at a really great price. I would buy as many as you can afford at this price if you work with this type of equipment.

Dependable Contactor, or Heavy Duty Relay
I currently use 4 of these to serve as a remote control sub-module for my trailer winch. I needed something that would not consume too current, be able handle a high initial inrush current, and then to hold 50-100 amps continuous for 10-40 seconds.I was concerned with the duty cycle of these contactors, but I've measured 110amps peak for 20 seconds and 50-70 average amps for 40-90 seconds all at 12.8 - 13.3 VDC (at winch) without any overheating, sticking, or terminal welding. 2 contactors in parallel draw about 7 amps at 13VDC which is quite low for the capacity. Very cheap alternative to purchasing a name brand completed contactor assembly. I'm still using the same 4 contactors I purchased last year! These may also be used as starter solenoids in some trucks and cars, as they more than meet the operating conditions required for most stock gasoline 4-10 cyl. engine starters. They may also be used as replacements for most electric snow plow motor solenoids (I have 1 that I use on my 6 foot electric plow and it works fine for lite use).
