The info was good (knowing where the flasher was and was not legal.) but you should include if the power supply is included or not. EDITORS NOTE: This is a 12 VDC unit therefore you supply the 12 volts dc.

Green Strobes, Pros and Cons
To the persons claiming the legality of green strobes, ALL strobes are legal in ALL states, provided they are used for exhibition on PRIVATE Property.
And I agree, here in FL, green strobes are for OEM, IC Command post identification, Search and Rescue (responders and on scene).
That's just my $.02.

FEMA regulations on green lights
According to ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800, a rotating or flashing green light is to indicate the IC or command post in disasters or other nessesary incidents. This would include the whole lower 48 the way I understand it. But it is not to override any local laws during other times.

cool for halloween effects
this is a pretty cool product for using it in a hallowen prop or for a haunted house. it is better than spending 20 to 50 bucks on a bigger strobe when you dont need it. the bad part is you are not aloud to use it on vehicles because of county and police dept. reasons. i would rate this 5 stars but because i cant put it on my dad's truck i will rate it a 4...
