OK for night - not useful for daytime applications
The strobe bulb for these units is about the thickness of a pencil. They provide a readily visible flash in the dark or deep shade but don't rely on them for day use if visibility from a distance is essential.

Have been selling these to volunteer fireman. They mount them on the front of their grills. Although they dont flash in sequence, they look superb!

Good deal all around. Good price, just the right size for small applications, never had a bad one. Don't try 24v on one. Use a 12 volt regulator for higher voltages. Works fine.
