It has its "ups" and "downs"
The inductors as measured by an LC bridge are 0.935mH (big), 0.091mH (small) and 0.605 (air core).
Given that this was designed to function with an 8-ohm woofer and an 8-ohm tweeter I simulated its frequency response. For simplicity I normalized the results as far as gain goes.
The HF side starts to pick up around 2kHz with a gain of 0.06 and tops at 12kHz with a max gain of 0.38; it never passes above this gain. The LF side is much different: it starts with a gain of 1.01 at 100Hz, goes to 1.2 at 425Hz, shoots to 1.75 at 670Hz, drops to 0.23 at 990Hz, shoots to 0.37 at 1500Hz and then it dies exponentially with a gain of 0.05 at 10kHz.
Good for parts though and with some modifications it can work as simple 2nd order filter for both LF and HF sides.

Worked good with 6 1/2" woofer and 1" doam HF
Got a pair of the 6 1/2" woofers and the 1" mylar tweeters, replaced the caps (oooh, $2!), and in about a 1.5 cu. ft ported enclosure (2" PVC pipe about 3.4" long, still "tuning it") made of laminated 1/2" birch ply and 3/4" MDF, lined with "egg-crate" foam, they sound much better than they ought to for the money. Probably a 2 Cu. Ft. enclosure (or larger) would even be better, but I had enough 1/2" birch ply left-over to make a pair of cabinets this size. The speakers and the crossovers take 20-40 hours to get "musical" at normal (1 watt) volume, and in my small-ish enclosures, the port is vital. No they don't sound as good as Klispch 6.2's @ $400+ a pair, but they give the $160 a pair "kit" speakers a run for their money for $50 plus enclosures. Have table-saw, will build.....

crossovers not working
As I had everything just about to get put together and as i was testing the speaker box that i just built I found out that my lows range were not working. I tested the speakers, and tried to use different speakers in the spot but the low would not work. the high works descent for as much as I was able to test but i would not buy again. I would spend the extra money and get a better crossover

Also good parts source
I am not sure I would call this 18db/oct. based on actual topology. But I measure the larger inductor at .97mH and the next at .08mH, so will be reusing at least the larger ones in my custom built crossovers after removing a few turns. Worth the purchase. And don't forget to upgrade to those great sounding mylar or metallized polyester capacitors that AE sells to free you from electrolytic grunge.
