With a little foam padding to reduce rattles, a 9 volt battery fits quite perfectly in the compartment of this box. The PC-2 board does NOT fit, however. The holes line up, but if you put the PC-2 board in this box, the box will not close. Get a smaller perf board, or prepare to cut the edges off of a PC-2.

I ordered two of these and plan to get more they are perfect for almost all small projects they have flat panels on the front and top for dremeling.The outer holes on a PC-2 perf board will almost perfectly fit in the screw holes.
