1N914 is slightly lower rated than the 1N4148 but should work in most cases.
Reverse Continuous Voltage 75 V vs 100 V
Forward Current 150 mA vs 200 mA
Power disipation is same 500 mW.
Forward Voltage are both 0.62 - 0.72 V

Is the 1N914 and 1N4148 interchangable?
KD5BIH Editors Note: They are very similar and are sometime used in place of one another. I am not sure of the exact difference.
