Unfortunately, the ALG-17 black and red insulated clip set is sold out. You can make do with this as the red clip. It is really an ALG-M clip with a red plastic insulating sleeve. Make your black clip from an ALG-M using a little PVC elect. tape to make the insulating sleeve. Though not as good as the ALG-17 set, it works well enough! Hint to ED: It's time to get ALG-17 back in stock. DRH
