An update to my previous comment, the assembly information can now be found at http://www.amphenolrf.com/pdf/306.pdf and page 306 number 31-70000. I adjusted the dimensions to:
a = 0.58" (Length of outer jacket removed)
b = 0.28" (Length of braid removed)
c = 0.21" (Length of insulation removed)

I used the demensions shown for the Amphenol 31-71000-RFX connector with success with this connector (see http://drawings.amphenolrf.com/Customer%20Outline/C031-71000-RFX.pdf).
