Good size fan 3 out of 5 stars

Reviewer: from HALIFAX, VT USA

The fan is impressive but it comes with three leads, one yellow and two black. I have no idea how to connect it. I don't want to burn it up.

Colors of lead wires 4 out of 5 stars

Reviewer: from Box Elder, SD

The leads should be Black Yellow and Blue. Black is Negative. Yellow is Positive. Blue is PWM input for controlling the fan speed. As long as Yellow is positive it should work.

Ideal power supply 5 out of 5 stars

Reviewer: from Thousand Oaks, CA

Very strong air current with a 12V DC 1.5 Amp transformer which burned out after about 3 hours. The fan is fine, now i just want to choose the more capable power supply.
This fan is a great value, i have noticed it listed elsewhere for double the price.

Powerfull Fan. Just don't push the specs. 5 out of 5 stars

Reviewer: from NJ - USA

I've bought about 40 of these for use in various projects. Really powerful, good build. And yes they will really bite you bad if you don't have a guard on them. yea, i was bench testing and not paying attention. One important note, burned up several in testing. They do not like being pushed beyond specs. This likely won't come up much but if you have an automotive application in mind just remember voltages can run high. Overall no complaints, will likely end up buying more.
