Actual dimensions are smaller 5 out of 5 stars

Reviewer: from ARLINGTON, MA USA

The measurements given in the item description are wrong--even for outside dimensions. Usable inside space is even smaller.

I bought two of these to hold lead-acid batteries which are 4.25" x 2.75" x 1.75" OA
(including terminals). They don't fit. (If I force it and stretch the seams, I can't quite get the zipper closed.)

Item description: 4.75" x 3" x 2.25"
My measurements: 4.5" x 2.875" x 2.25" (outside, not including outside velcro pocket).
Biggest volume you could comfortably fit inside: 3.875" x 2.5" x 1.875"

Watch out for the big hole in the bottom 1 out of 5 stars

Reviewer: from Pleasanton, Ca. USA

Watch out for the big hole in the bottom. i did not see the last line in the description - 1" hole in bottom for wires. they should have a picture of that hole in the case because then i wouldn't have bought one. The Hole is as Big as the bottom of the case. Disappointing at the least.

Say It is Not So!!! 5 out of 5 stars

Size, smize!!
Who cares if it is a little under size!! What do you expect for a dollar! Yes, a dollar!!
I have purchsed several (over the last several years) cases from AE. All kinds of sizes. Most of the time, they are fine! I uses cases for optics, test equipment (mini VOM), leads,
sunglases, etc.
I think this may be good for some QRP ham radio gear!
