I got one of these and used it to blow some dust out of my computer. I wouldn't say it is nearly as good as using a can of air or an air compressor but you can't beat the price and it does create a rather forceful jet of air. It would probably be more appropriate for removing dust from small cracks or blowing lint off of a lens but it's fine for removing a few layers of dust from a heatsink or fan too. Certainly worth keeping one around as a backup even if you buy air cans.
