This motor is not a direct replacement, but the plastic part with the brushes can be removed and installed on old motor. Seems to have better build quality than my old motor.
I should have read the description more carefully... You'll note that these motors have no leads, and no soldier tabs. They have a slot that accepts some kind of push in terminal which is not included. As long as you recognize they type of slot and have the push ins, you'll have a great motor. But you won't be able to easily connect these motors otherwise...
