Nice high current cutout switch. Useful as a 12V battery disconnect. There is no rating on the current, but the copper studs look like they could handle the starting current on an automotive starter. The only issue with this switch is that the key is loose in the lock. I made a simple fix for this by using a Sharpie ultra fine point marker cap, I removed the brass pin slipped the cap over the key shaft, cut to size and then replaced the brass pin. Perfect!

Not sure I would want to push it to 1000 Amps or use it to switch heavy loads, but should be just fine as a battery isolator in most automotive
applications.
