ASC is American Shizuki Corporation, manufacturing in Ogallala Nebraska since forever. Though acquired by Shizuki in '87, they still make capacitors in their home town to this day.
These 20uF caps are tape wrap and epoxy filled polypropylene, similar to ASC's current X333F series. They have dual pairs of 18 AWG leads to handle greater current ratings. These things are beasts.
The four I purchased all measure better than -5%. At this price, combine as many as you need for the parallel capacitance in your DIY monster subwoofer's low pass filter. Then have your way with it. Your sub will die before these caps fry.
