This tiny 0.96 inch OLED display has a resolution of 128 x 64 pixels and uses a standard (configurable) serial interface for communication. Based on the SSD1306 controller. By default the module is configured to use an SPI interface for serial interface but can be modified (soldering required) to communicate via I2C protocol (see note). Pre-written libraries for Arduino are freely available.
NOTE: The module can be configured to communicate with I2C (two wire) master devices by re-soldering resistor S2 to the 1 position (see reverse side of module). However in I2C mode this module does not respond to I2C writes with an ACK and therefore your code should be configured to ignore NACK responses.
