In the photo they look a bit dinged up but I figured, for the price, I'd give it a try. Ordered 10 rolls. They definitely got banged around a bit but the sticky side is still in prefect condition and the tape comes off the roll with no issues. Found no damage that would cause me any concerns using it in electrical applications. I've used some tape off 3 different rolls just to be sure and have had no issues. I also gave the tape a good pull and stretch test. It held up just like any other electrical tape I have. I don't have the equipment to do insulation testing but it looks like the defects are just cosmetic. Overall very pleased.
