I needed a small pair of dykes for my bench and these are priced right. However the mechanism used to spring the handles open after closing stinks. It is two thin pieces of spring steel shoved between the rubber insulation and the handle. Mine keeps sticking closed and the spring steel comes off of center and sticks out from the side profile of the tool despite trying to adjust several times.
