Ideal for use with Arduino and other microcontrollers, this relay module uses data signals to selectively switch two 5V relays, each capable of handling 10A loads. Onboard LED indicators light when a relay is switched. Screw terminals for relay outputs. 0.1" header for voltage and signal input. 50 x 39 x 18mm. 4-relay module also available, CAT# RLM-4.

Connection info... most of it
No doc. comes with it. I got this to work as follows:
5vdc to the Vcc terminal
Gnd to the Gnd terminal (obviously)
Relay is actuated by pulling the in1 or in2 terminal low (to gnd.)
I have not determined what the jumper does, other than to operate as described above the jumper must be Vcc-Vcc.

The schematic looks wrong to me. The relay coil works with a direct short across the coil?
