This switch is very similar to a MAYTAG washer P/N
207166 "check switch" (lid switch) that I recently
paid $15.00 for at a MAYTAG dealership!

Cheap replacement for washer Check switch

As VZF suggested, this switch was a suitable replacement for the check switch on my Maytag washer. It worked well for repairing my washer.
