Regulator works well. But beware it produces a lot of RF noise in the vhf bands.
I was using this to build a power supply for a raspberry pi which connected to a vhf radio. Couldn’t hear anything over the air from all the rf noise created.

Lowers and raises voltage just as described. It would raise 6V input to over 45V but some parts get hot, so don't overdo on the boost. Also if you accidentally connect your power source to the output terminals, it will burn out the unit. Double check your wiring!

When I first powered it on, a bright blue LED indicated it was working - didn't expect that. Seems to work well, using it to buck voltage to some fans to reduce their noise.
